One More Game
Kindness was the spark
She left me in the dark--
A superlative situation
creatied an obligation.
But Hope can spring Eternal,
And as I stand before the urinal
of life, my muscles tight,
I wish I may I might
Break free from all the noise
And stop playing with my little toys.I'm confused, angry and hurt,
and what's worse I left my shirt
draped over her bedroom door,
(which I'll never see anymore).
It's o.k. to feel neglected,
It's what I should have expected
When I latched onto another name,
And signed on for one more game.
